Meeting young people where they’re at

Street Reach is a charity working with young people in Winchester and the surrounding areas. Established in 1983, our work is open to all young people and is particularly targeted towards those experiencing disadvantage.

Our approach in working with young people is primarily through Detached Youth Work; outreach work in local communities. We build relationships with young people in order that we may offer support, advice and opportunities.  We run a youth club in Micheldever village and also offer drop-in projects and trips.

  • I see Street Reach when they are out on detached. I love Street Reach because they involve me and let me know of activities they do for teens such as myself.

  • I’m 12 and I live in Micheldever. I go to Micheldever Youth Club because it’s fun and I enjoy it because I get to see all my friends outside of school.

  • I’m 15. I’ve enjoyed camping with Street Reach, it has been so much fun! There are really fun activities and all the staff cheer you on. I would love to go again.

  • I’ve been coming to football for 6 weeks. I went camping with Street Reach and now I go to the football project.
